For IE 11 this condition type does not work, because of changes in the HTTP User Agent that IE 11 uses.

Solution: Use this Condition Type "PL/SQL Expression":

owa_util.get_cgi_env('HTTP_USER_AGENT') like '%Trident%'

Note that this doesn't apply to Edge, for that browser you would need something like:

owa_util.get_cgi_env('HTTP_USER_AGENT') like '%Edge%'

To only show a region/item/etc when the user is logged into the Apex Builder, use this PL/SQL expression as the condition:

:APP_BUILDER_SESSION is not null
