A proof of concept for an "icons/images popup LOV". Obviously needs work to make it look good, but it functions.
Choose an icon or image from the popup (which is page 1143), and then hit Submit to see a preview on this page (1142).

You do need to grant select on APEX_240100.wwv_flow_standard_icons to your schema for this example to work - or use your own table with icons/images of course.
