Interactive Reports do not have the option to show a Reset button, unlike Interactive Grids. No idea why.
Also no idea why the IG resets without a conformation, while the IR does show a confirmation.

Anyway, in the example above I have added one to the IR, using a simple Dynamic Action that activates the IR Actions menu Reset option.

For reference, I have also included an IG with the standard Apex Rest button enabled (for the IG region, under Attributes -> Toolbar, enable Reset Button).
